Yes, it's another stitch tool for Substance painter made in Substance designer))
I've made this tool for speeding out stitching process on "Gulliver returns" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11238518/ animated feature project and used since then cause it's a pain to work with sculpted and baked stitches. It's still alpha version if I can say that but I got some ideas for improvements.
